Let me start off by saying these guys are probably some of the nicest pizza chefs out there. We called on a Saturday night and they were cool, calm, helpful, and friendly. We were a little bit out of the delivery range but since they weren’t too busy the guys at Wild Wedge made the trip.

The pizza had one of the best thin crusts I’ve ever tasted. It was crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside, the toppings were fresh, and the sauce has a nice kick too! The best way I could describe it is better than homemade. It was like mom made you a pizza because it was your birthday and it was all you would eat and it happened to be the best pizza you’d had up to that point. Plus it was cut into squares, maybe it is just me, but square slices always taste the best.

The guys at Wild Wedge Gourmet Pizza are definitely adventurous too. I don’t think I’ve ever even heard of mango on a pizza. If you get a chance to try it let me know how it tastes.

I think some of the people that have ordered the pizza, but say it is just “ok” … didn’t order it the way they like their pizza :o You can add/ or subtract extra sauce, add a little more cheese – or minus some. i had the new whole wheat crust, unbelievable.
So next time tell them to pile on the sauce, cheese, toppings or whatever your bag is … i totally enjoy mine – because they make it to order – CHEERS ! GO WildWedge !
