		<description>There was an awesome recipie for Gondola-like crust in the Freep quite some time ago. Once perfected, you may almost never want to order out again (I said ALMOST!).
With this crust, as with many thin crusts, a MAJOR key is one of those slate pizza stones you can buy! Another key is HEAT. For this particular crust I cook on a cookie sheet at 500 degrees! Works awesomely, get MANY compliments. Just don&#039;t ask me about thick crust, that I don&#039;t cook.
