Making a deep dish pizza is an event. It took about 3 hours to get it all done. This is the second Chicago style deep dish pizza I’ve ever made and hot damn it was tasty. I think the next time I do it I’ll put some garlic butter on the crust after it comes out of the oven, I don’t see how it gets any better than that!
